When you are out in the wild, hot and hearty meals aren't a luxury, they are a necessity. Our kitchen is run by local chefs who prepare fresh, home-style buffet meals that give you the fuel you need for adventure.

• Evening Snacks & Sundown: As the sun dips behind the valleys, we gather around a crackling bonfire with light music and hot evening finger foods.
• The Dinner Feast: A grand buffet featuring both rich vegetarian dishes and classic non-vegetarian specialties, perfect for long conversations under the stars.

We believe the best memories happen when you are moving, competing, and laughing with your favorite people. Our camp offers plenty of space and equipment for everyone to find their rhythm.

• The Outdoor Arena: Gather your corporate team or family squad for high-energy matches on our dedicated lawns. We provide gear for Beach Volleyball, Badminton, Cricket, and Football.
• The Forest Trail: Lace up your shoes for a guided forest trek through the quiet wilderness surrounding the camp, exploring local streams and hidden green paths.
• The Indoor Retreat: For slower afternoons or quiet evenings, our common area is stocked with classic board games like Carrom, Chess, Ludo, and group sports activities.
• Under the Night Sky: Cap off your night with soft acoustic and light music around the central campfire, sharing stories and winding down.

• Private Attached Washrooms: No shared campground bathroom. Every single cottage/tent features its own modern, completely private attached washroom with running hot water.

To make sure your camp space is locked in and waiting for you, we follow a simple, two-step confirmation process.

• Securing Your Dates: To formally secure your booking, a minimum 30% advance deposit per person is required via secure online channels (NEFT, UPI, or Online Transfer).
• Settling the Balance: The remaining 70% balance must be cleared strictly at the time of check-in at the camp. We accept Cash, UPI, or online transfers. Please note: We do not process payments at check-out time.
• Turnaround Time: Once your advance deposit hits our system, your formal booking confirmation voucher will be sent via email and confirmed over the phone within 3 hours.
• Standard Rates Notice: The prices displayed online apply to standard weekends and weekdays. Special seasonal pricing applies during long holiday weekends or major festive seasons.
• Transport Details: Our packages are strictly stay-and-activity centric. Daily transportation to and from the camp is not included in the baseline package price.

We love hosting families and want your little ones to experience the wonder of the outdoors safely.

• Little Explorers (Below 5 Years): Children under 5 years stay completely free of charge when sharing existing bedding with their parents.
• Young Adventurers (6 to 11 Years): Children between the ages of 6 and 11 are accommodated at 50% of the standard adult rate.
• Grown Up (12 Years & Above): Kids aged 12 and above are counted as adult guests and receive full standard package inclusions.

We understand that plans can change unexpectedly. Because we block out staff, food supplies, and tents exclusively for your group, we use a fair, tiered cancellation system to protect both our guests and our local ground crew.

To maintain a peaceful, secure, and respectful environment for corporate teams, families, and nature lovers alike, all guests must read and adhere to our ground rules.

Property & Damage Liability

We expect our guests to treat our camp property, tents, and infrastructure with mutual respect. In the unfortunate event of structural or material damage caused to our utilities, cottages, or gear by a guest or group, the cost of repair or replacement must be settled on the spot before departure. The baseline assessment fee for property damage starts at a minimum of INR 10,000 and is non-negotiable.

Alcohol, Smoking, & Banned Substances

• Alcohol Policy: GeoRetreats does not sell or serve alcohol on its premises. Guests who wish to bring their own drinks may consume them responsibly, provided they carry valid individual permits and restrict consumption entirely to their private cottage patio area. Drinking in open common lawns or pools is strictly prohibited.
• Smoking Restrictions: To prevent fire hazards and respect non-smoking guests, smoking is strictly forbidden inside the tents, cottages, or the main dining restaurant. Smoking is permitted only in clearly designated outdoor areas.
• Zero Tolerance Items: The use or possession of narcotics, banned psychotropic drugs, or unauthorized weapons/ammunition is strictly illegal. Any licensed firearms must be declared and legally deposited at the local police station before entering the campground limits.

Room Service & Hygiene

To keep our forest camps clean, sanitary, and completely free from mountain insects and wildlife pests, we do not offer in-room food service. All meals and beverages must be consumed fresh within our designated dining deck and restaurant areas.

Mountain Realities & Force Majeure (Acts of God)

• Digital Detox Notice: Deep in the mountain valleys of Uttarakhand, cellular networks can be unpredictable. Currently, BSNL and Airtel/Jio offer varying connectivity depending on exact camp coordinates. Please prepare your team or family for a relaxing partial digital detox.
• Weather and Changes: All outdoor treks, hiking, and water rafting activities are scheduled in advance. Mountain weather, sudden river currents, local festivals, or administrative orders are completely out of our control. GeoRetreats cannot be held legally or financially liable for sudden schedule changes or cancellations caused by weather, road blockages, or natural calamities.
• Right of Admission: GeoRetreats Management retains the absolute legal right to decline a booking, cancel a reservation, or evict any guest or group whose behavior threatens the safety, peace, or dignity of our staff and other guests, without any financial obligation or refund.
