Our Philosophy & Story

Grounded in Nature. Elevated in Peace.

Learn how GeoRetreats transformed corporate fatigue into authentic eco-luxury experiences in Rishikesh.

The Genesis

Why GeoRetreats Exists

For a long time, I had a fairly normal corporate life. Meetings, deadlines, weekends that disappeared too quickly.

Then I started finding excuses to head to the mountains.

A few trips turned into a habit, and somewhere between long drives, small cafés, unfamiliar trails and conversations with complete strangers, I realised what I really enjoyed wasn’t just travelling. It was finding a place worth remembering and having good people to share it with.

So I decided to build something around that.

A place for people who love the mountains, want to explore more of India, but don’t always have a travel gang ready to go.

We plan the routes, find the good stays, handle the details and bring together people who are up for the journey.

No checklists. No rushed itineraries.

Just good places, good company and a few stories to take home.

The mountains are waiting. We’ll figure out the rest.

Founder Story

Our Vision

To build a community where going to the mountains isn't a once-a-year plan.

I want to create a world where people can find their people, pack a bag, leave the city behind and discover the incredible hills and mountains that are sitting right here in India.

Not just as tourists.

As travellers, friends, explorers and, sometimes, just people who needed to get away for a few days.

The goal is simple: more people, more mountains, more stories.

Our Mission

Make it ridiculously easy for someone to say: "Screw it. I'm going."

We find beautiful mountain destinations, design thoughtful trips, take care of the logistics, and bring together people who want to experience them the same way.

Our job is to remove the friction between "I really need a break" and actually taking one.

Because you shouldn't need months of planning, a perfectly free friend group or a spreadsheet with 47 tabs to experience the mountains.

You just need a few days, an open mind and a willingness to take the road less travelled.
